When EBS and Laureus were looking to create a charity auction website for high value experiences to be offered to high value customers, they needed to ensure that the site turned these high value browsers into bidders.
Lemon Foundation helped EBS and Laureus by taking into account the user journey paths, the sales process, the structure of content and the navigation experience, and analysing this against the various user segments. Based on this research, Lemon Foundation helped devise the structure, framework and relevant functionality for the website, which defined the blueprint for the build & design of the website.
