At Lemon we have decide to take the jump and go Agile for our web development, we have our fair share of ever ‘functional spec’ changes and realise that in the long run it will save us from waterfall-itus.
We are not going to change it all in one go but take the incremental approach advised by many Agile evangelists.

We are doing it step by step, we have already made changes to our development methods such as using test driven development, catching up daily and stretching our iterative development muscles. We are also going to run our future internal projects with Scrum to get our Agile juices going and practice this fairly strict methodology but well adapted for web development.

We are all looking forward to user stories, burn down charts, sprints etc…

It would be great to read a follow-up post describing your experiences and first impressions of adopting Agile practices for web development.

What for Lemon have been the stand-out advantages of Agile? What hasn't worked so well? What do your clients think of your new ways of working?

Cheers!
