The Lemon Foundation is a Managed Network for Interactive Production & Design.
What this means for our clients is that they have access to Cost Effective, Reliable, Good Quality and Motivated resources, either as individuals, groups or as a complete project team. Please go to our home page to find out more about what we do, who we work for, and who's involved.
If you are interested in joining this network and are eager to start receiving a flow of production work which
we generate, then please fill in this form completely, and make sure you meet
all the requirements. This helps us to quickly, and easily evaluate each
potential new person. Without this completed form, we will NOT consider
allowing anyone to join this network. We receive hundreds of requests,
and we have processes in place to ensure we only use the best people in the
industry who meet our requirements, utilising as little of our time &
resources as possible recruiting them.

However, please note we want every new candidate to use this method of
applying. Please only contact us if you think your circumstances are
exceptional as we spend a lot of time managing the expansion of this network,
and would like to preserve out time as much as possible.

1. You are able to work during the majority of UK working business hours i.e. 10am - 6pm (GMT 0). Although many of our contractors are on different time zones, as long as there is a reasonable cross over for briefing and reviewing work, then this will be acceptable.

2. You have at least 2-3 years of commercial web & internet related
experience, worked in New Media / Advertising / Media. Everyone
in our network is an expert, has extensive experience in their key
skills. Because of the service we offer, we cannot afford to have people
who are not experts in their field.

3. You have at least 1 core skills in which you are an expert.

4. You are not currently in full time employment, you do not intend to
take on full time employment, and you are focussed on and are currently taking
on contract and project based work. All of the Lemon People typically
work from home or small studios, and essentially run their own small businesses
in that they offer consultancy and production resources to their clients.
Lemon Foundation will become another client that you will need to service.

5. You have your own studio, a broadband connection to the
Internet, all the software required to work with your core skills.
|

6. If you accept a new job from the Lemon Foundation and agree to the terms
& job specification, you will ensure that you deliver this project to the
best of your ability, willing to go the extra mile if necessary. I.e. You would
be willing to work late, get involved in an aspect of the job that may not be
one of your core skills in order to make sure the project is completed. You are passionate about your work, and you will ensure you always delivery
work that you regard of as high quality.
